Introduction

By being involved in strategy projects for all Siemens divisions, regions and corporate functions, you will get to know the company from many different perspectives. You will develop sustainable strategies for various businesses - primarily in the Middle East and Asia, especially in China. At the same time, you will develop professionally and personally, and strengthen your network with Siemens senior management with each new project.

What are my responsibilities?

·  Analyzing markets, industries, and competitors, and developing action recommendations
·  Independantly handling a complex module within a project or leading small projects
·  Conducting client interviews and workshops
·  Developing business strategies and plans
·  Steering project modules and guiding client team members
·  Preparing top management presentations

What do I need to qualify for this job?

·  Excellent university degree (master's/bachelor's), ideally supplemented with an MBA/PhD
·  > 4 years' in experience in strategy consulting and/or 5-10 years' experience in Siemens-related industry, preferably in China
·  Relevant international experience of at least six months
·  Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
·  Distinctive entrepreneurial and global mindset
·  Convincing communication skills in English and business-fluent Chinese (Mandarin)
·  Strong interpersonal skills and proven team player
·  Mobility and flexibility
