Your tasks and responsibilities:

·  Monitor all information flows and communication messages, including maintaining electronic files and records.
·  Analyse service development and operational tasks and data generated in CS, drives action and decisions.
·  Gather, analyse and structure relevant data from information technology platforms and provide comprehensive reports and decision memos.
·  Prepare and consolidate customer presentations, reports, marketing information, statistical charts and briefings for both internal and external customer audience
·  Plan and organise the organisation's calendar activities, schedule, prepare and accompany appointments and meetings. Follow-up on activity topics and track completion according to agreed expectations
·  As change agent, manage integration of new IT office technologies and systems driving roll-out, adoption and use by CS management and field teams.
·  Prepare annual CS activity plans and budgets in accordance with business development, marketing, and operations initiatives, ensuring coordination and execution
·  Events management, planning and coordination
·  Coordinate and establish domestic and international travel arrangements.
·  Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information.
·  Service process understanding and administration, including technical capabilities to analyse and critique generated data (financial and technical).
·  Proceeds with all day-to-day functional specific operations and applies IT systems.
·  Prepares specialized routine reports, message correspondences, letters and/or statistical reports on the CS organisation,
·  Excellent collaborates and communicates effectively with Healthineers internally and external stakeholders, partners, and customers, maintaining healthy and professional relationships
·  Reviews and maintains up-to-date activity in CS KanBan boards, KPIs, power-point presentations, reporting and archiving systems; types and/or enters data into computer systems, including Office application or specialized software packages.
·  Completes routine reports, in order to support decision processes in the area assigned.
·  Performs the administration of programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the CS organization.

Your qualifications and experience:

·  Tertiary Qualification in Business Administration or a similar technical field
·  Minimum of 4 years of experience in a high-pressured admin function
·  Competency in statistical analytics will enjoy preference
·  Excellent communication skills at all levels
·  Excellent MS Office suite skills
·  Excellent writing and presentation skills
·  Excellent time management

Good to know: You must be available on short notice to travel country wide and to Africa due to operational requirements and on long term projects as well as travel outside of the region to assist nationally.
