Job description

What are my responsibilities:

·  Quotation commercial/financial data preparation & maintenance in defined tools with high quality & adequate promptness. Quotation Related:
- Ensure the quality/accuracy of the records in quotation and related databases.
- Ensure the Quality & Accuracy & promptness of commercial quotation prepared.
- Optimize the quotation process, communication and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Improve quotation performance KPIs.

·  FC quality:
- Ensure Quarterly & Yearly FCST Quality for OI & TO (Q'ty +Type +Volume) according to HQ and division criteria.
- Improve FCST process for efficiency & accuracy purpose.

·  Pricing Control:
- Track & control the price/profit via cooperation with related colleagues.

·  Commercial quotation preparation, including but not limited to price & profit calculation/evaluation/approval.

What do I need to qualify for this job:

·  Bachelor or above.
·  More than 3 years in Sale Finance/ Pricing Control/ Commercial/Quotation Function, manufacture/ service business related will be preferred.
·  Experience in Cost & Profit Calculation/Analysis; as well as Quotation preparation & Evaluation.
·  Knowledge in SAP SD is a must and FI, CO, MM, PP, (AM, PS) is a plus.
