Job Description
What are my responsibilities?
· Searching for new partners and/or clients who could benefit from our products in a designated region
· Travelling to visit existing and/or potential partners and/or clients
· Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with partners and/or clients
· Managing and interpreting partners and/or clients requirements
· Persuading partners and/or clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
· Calculating partners and/or client quotations
· Negotiating tender and contract terms when applicable
· Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions when applicable
· Offering after-sales support services
· Administering client accounts
· Analyzing costs and sales
· Preparing reports for head office
· Meeting regular sales targets and other defined KPIs
· Recording and maintaining client contact data in CRM tool
· Co-coordinating with the projects sales team
· Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
· Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
· Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
· Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
What do I need to qualify for this role?
· 3 to 5 years of direct experience in sales for field instruments
· Bachelor's Degree in Instrument Engineering or related
· Proficient with IT / CRM tools and MS Office
· Good command of English language, fluent in Thai
· Strong presentation, negotiation and customer management skills
