Project Documentation Manager
Location: Budapest
Division: Mobility
Role type: 40 hours/week

Essential duties and responsibilities
Responsibility for the management of the project document control service function, processes and procedures:
· Co-ordination of the document control resources to maintain and update the document and drawing registers on multiple projects
· Ensure suitable and effective solutions are put in place to guarantee correct identification, revision and status codes
· Ensure that project documents go through a documented and approved review-and-approval process before being stored
· Ensure that documentation meets quality management standardsand that internal controls are in place and are functional
· Monitor the existing IT infrastructure and software to ensure incoming documents from clients and suppliers and distributing these internally in accordance with the project specific document distribution lists
· Responsible that all project design team, project managers, commercial and programme management teams follow the document control procedures
· Provide the highest quality and level of customer service, at the same time achievement of the delivery timescales
· Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure document control processes and procedures are followed and answer queries regarding document control protocols
· Hold responsibility for training employees on records management procedures and policies, document retention, retrieval, destruction and disaster recovery
What makes you stand out?
· University degree
· Demonstrable in-depth knowledge and experience of Document Control processes and procedures
· Shall be required to have a good understanding of Quality Management principles including ISO9001
· Familiarity with SAP PLM, Sharepoint, Aconex or similar document control system
· Strong knowledge of lifecycle management
· Team player – ability to work together with foreigner partners
· English knowledge is a must
· Readiness to travel (occasionally)
