Role Summary/Purpose
Key role responsible for mechanical project engineering for projects in multiple industries in south east Asia. This role will work within the OTR/project execution department to execute all facets of project engineering and also assist the tendering team to maximize the business's market share and profitability in this market sector. As a lead engineer, the successful candidate will interface with all other Suez functions as well as communicating with customers whilst meeting all safety & environmental standards to meet design & customer expectations.


Essential Responsibilities
·  Execution of project engineering for water system projects.
·  Meet all team goals for Safety, Cost & Project Deadlines
·  Execution of project technical documentation including customer and partner deliverables and technical correspondence
·  Assist the Engineering Manager & Project Manager on project issues.
·  Execute the project design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements.
·  Execution of project documentation including but not limited to: Environmental, Health and Safety, Quality, Cost, Continuous improvement and Compliance requirements.
·  Engineering support to the project construction, start-up and commissioning teams

Qualifications/Requirements
·  Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college.
·  At least 5 additional years of project engineering experience.
·  Willingness and ability to travel as needed
·  Large complex project experience
·  Be able to demonstrate you have the ability to prioritise, organise work, meet deadlines, multitask, provide direction, coaching and address issues
·  Strong communication and influencing skills
·  Ability to work in cross-functional teams in a matrix environment for success – Strong Influencing skills and ability to communicate vision to management or clients.
·  Experience and knowledge of water treatment systems and equipment. Ultra-Filtration (UF), Reverse Osmosis (RO), EDR, EDI, pumps, motors, FDA, filtration, UPW and chemical feed systems.

·  Experience with Suez Water and Technologies products
·  Plant construction experience
·  Sense of urgency in dealing with issues and tasks.
·  Ability to organize, assess, orchestrate, prioritize tasks, risks, resources, milestones, and deliverable.
·  Diligent, dedicated and detail oriented.
·  Microsoft suite proficiency.
·  Strong oral and written communication skills
·  Strong interpersonal and leaderships skills
