What will you do?

·  Develop conceptual project designs to utilize equipment in the most cost-effective and technically efficient manner
·  Ensure all required components are incorporated to ensure compliance with required codes and specification
·  Responsible for producing project specific panel layouts schematic layout of the application system necessary, wiring diagrams sequence of operations, schedules and bill of materials tailored for the product type
·  Implement any revisions or additional actions as required
·  Assess quantities of equipment depicted on project drawings to produce riser drawings and develop control panel designs
·  Assess variations in equipment quantities due to drawing revisions
·  Responsible for production of approval drawings and compilation of the technical information package for submission to customer

What will you need to succeed?

·  College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
·  Preferred education & experience: HVAC, Building Automation Controls
·  Ideally 1-3 years' experience in HVAC control systems design
·  Good knowledge of building systems and relevant standards
·  Working knowledge of IT systems
·  Good planning organizational and communication skills
·  Ability to work on multiple projects
·  Team spirit and customer focus
·  Detail and result orientated
·  Very good knowledge of English verbal and written
·  Computer proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
