As an addition to our small team, located in The Hague, we are looking for a Project controller and Business Analyst, who likes to work in a small team. The Project controller and Business Analyst works independently, loves challenging projects which are custom made and is able to manages the whole picture. Our Project controller and Business Analyst will combine several roles in one position and likes working in an international environment.

Large Drives Application ('LDA'), a portfolio company of SIEMENS engineers and produces heavy-duty electrical drive systems for medium and high voltage ranges: electrical motors, converters and generators. Additionally, the unit offers special large drives for ships, mines and rolling mills. Its digitalization expertise and outstanding service keeps the performance and availability of the offered drives at the maximum.
As a Project controller and Business Analyst in an industry leading organization, you will be part of a team of 4 in the Netherlands and 10 in Belgium. This Project controller and Business Analyst will work closely with Rob, our service engineer and Ton and André, our Technical sales support.
Your responsibilities :
· Business partner for the technical head;
· Financial responsible for P&L of the Business Unit LDA Netherlands, which is responsible for high and medium voltage motors and drives;
· Handling of all commercial and financial activities for the business in the Netherlands (Sales support/ Order handling/ Financial controlling);
· Responsible for all aspects of commercial project execution including topics such as project controlling & accounting, definition and implementation of risk mitigation measures, claim management, warranties / bonds, F/X hedging etc;
· Performing asset management, initiate invoicing according to project progress and contractual terms;
· Responsible for adherence to relevant internal and external rules; such as PM@Siemens, Business Partner Guidelines and relevant local laws and regulations;
· Verifying and analyzing content of supplier and/or customer contracts to ensure compliant and standardized contract management.

· A Bachelor degree or higher in Finance / Economics and you have 3+ years experience in Controlling / Sales / Analytics;
· Knowledge of SAP and Office applications;
· Proven experience in product and project business;
· Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (spoken and written);
· Furthermore you recognize yourself in the following skills: independent, takes initiative, eager and involved.
