Some of the key responsibilities that your role will involve across procurement and logistics will include:

Procurement:

· 
Liaise with the Project Manager, Commercial Manager, Site Manager & Engineers on equipment required

· 
Obtain quotes from approved suppliers to seek the most competitive price with a workable lead time

· 
Raise a requisition on SAP with all supporting documents for approval and PO processing in Germany

· 
Track progress of the purchase order and confirm the lead time to the site team

· 
Ensure the goods are receipted on SAP so invoices can be paid


Logistics


· 
Organise and manage on-time delivery of baggage conveyor systems, equipment and materials from UK & Europe to the construction sites.

· 
Liaise with the suppliers, site team, customer, logistics centre and principal contractors.

· 
Monitor and record movement, delivery and receipt of all materials for invoice and audit.

· 
Assist with materials reports to the Project Manager.

· 
Relationship building and effective communication with suppliers, site team, Finance and Project Managers.

As the Procurement and Logistics Coordinator you will bring your willingness and initiative to the team, working in a dynamic, fast paced environment making quick decisions.

You will also have:

· 
Advanced experience of SAP Procurement system

· 
Excellent communication and time management skills

· 
Ability to and experience of juggling numerous projects & requests

· 
Knowledge of the procurement process and experience in Procurement & Logistics

· 
A working knowledge of Microsoft office applications

· 
Experience of working in Procurement on construction projects
