·      Act as a local Business Tool Owner for PLM systems based onSiemens Teamcenter ®  Software.

·      Work in a global network of tool owners across several sites dedicated to drive excellence.

·      Collaborate closely with our local R&D teams as well as further stakeholders in Engineering and Service to improve functionality and performance of our PLM systems.

·      Work with various IT departments to implement new system capabilities and address operational issues.

·      Collect and share best practices. Ramp up and maintain a PLM key user network.

·      Design and implement business process changes.

·      Train and qualify new and existing PLM tool users.

·      Monitor, promote, and safeguard PLM data quality.

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds

·      Bachelor’s degree in engineering, with focus on systems engineering.

·      5+ years of hands-on and in-depth industry experience with comprehensive PLM tool suites, preferably on Siemens Teamcenter ® Software

·      Familiarity with market-leading engineering tool suites, in part or wholly integrated and/or interfaced with PLM systems, e.g. Siemens NX, COMOS Software, SAP R/3.

·      Experience with software customizations is beneficial.

·      Experience with providing training on usage of IT applications and business processes is beneficial.

·      Strong team player.

·      Experienced in organizational transformation and you are a networker.

·      Comfortable working in a multinational team environment, bridging regions and time zones

·      Good command of the English language.
