Your mission and responsibilities:
As part of the Quality Team, you will support the Quality and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) activities within the area. The team has to manage all the related activities to comply with the processes and products legal and internal regulation, including the support in new projects for the continuous improvement, maintenance and verification of the Integral Management System of the company.
Key activities
• Contribute to maintain the company Quality and EHS system certifications.
• Support the implementation of Quality and EHS plan according local and internal requirements.
• Contribute with the collection of data, analysis and treatment of non-conformities, process reviews and monitoring of action plans.
• Active participation to cross-functional working groups for quality and EHS aspects.
• Support the change management process and related revision of quality and EHS management procedures, working instructions and records.
Required/ desired Skills
• Business Administration, Industrial or Bioengineering Engineering student.
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken;
• Good communication skills
• Good knowledge of the MS Office package;
• Analytical skills to analyses and deduce information from data,
• Flexibility and curiosity;
• Strong orientation for team working;
• Knowledge of ISO family standards (desirable);
• Knowledge of HTML and SharePoint Platform basics(desirable).
