Job Description

What are my responsibilities?

1.Undertaking material availability analyses for all project material, expediting purchasing and supply sources
in order to guarantee timely availability of materials.

2.Creating the Purchasing order per Purchasing Requirement.

3.Actively supporting operatiive purchasing buyer in complex and difficult procedures to ensure the success of employees.

4.Tracing the ordering and delivery processes, if necessary
to take corrective measures, be able to provide suitable information.

5.Tracing the NCR and complete the claimming.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Bachelor degree or above
2-3 years experience in procurement processes
Good English speaking
Familiar with SAP
