GS IT Transformation Center - Lisbon is an international nearshore competence center, providing Siemens AG with innovative solutions and high-quality services across the IT value chain. We work in over 220 applications, systems and projects ranging from infrastructure services for IT platforms up todata analytics and cyber defence, achieving an unprecedentedly high level of customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a Node.js Developer - MindSphere (IoT) (m/f):

MindSphere is the open, cloud-based IoT operating system from Siemens that lets customers connect their machines and physical infrastructure to the digital world. It lets customers to harness big data from billions of intelligent devices, enabling them to uncover transformational insights across thir entire business.

What are my responsabilities? :

· Implement cloud base application - MindApps
· Analyse requirements and design a technical solution taking advantage of MindSphere powerful API

What do I need to qualify for this job? :

· Expert experience in HTML5/CSS and building responsive/adaptive applications
· Strong Javascript & Node.js architecture and development
· Experience withJavascript frameworks (e.g., AngularJS, Vue.js, React, Backbone, etc.)
· Significant experience writing and utilizing RESTful API services
· Experience with relational and non-relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc)
· Cloud Foundry know-how (is a plus)
· Java know-how (is a plus)
· Understanding of Agile development methodologies
· University degree in Computer Science or similar
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work independently and with a virtual team
· Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing)
