Job description

Looking for an exciting new challenge in the digital industry? Look no further than Siemens! As a global leader in automation and digitalization, we are at the forefront of developing cutting-edge data communication networks that are transforming industries from logistics to manufacturing. But we can't do it alone - we need bright and innovative minds to join our team and help us tackle the most exciting challenges together.

At Siemens, we offer much more than just a job - we offer the chance to really make a difference. With our commitment to innovation, diversity, and collaboration, you can be sure that you'll be working in a dynamic and supportive environment that encourages growth and development. Plus, with our Manchester training centre as your base, you'll have the opportunity to travel across the UK and work with a diverse range of customers.

We are currently seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our Training Solutions Business (SITRAIN) as a Network and Communications Instructor.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise and knowledge of Ethernet networking and communications in an industrial automated environment with our customers, delivering a portfolio of technical networking courses such as switching & routing, security, PROFINET, and OPC UA.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping customers grow and learn through skills consultancy, and keeping up-to-date with the latest technology trends through CPD. And if you're a great communicator with the ability to translate complex topics into simple and clear explanations, then we want to hear from you!

For this role, you will need:

·  Comprehensive technical expertise in systems integration, LAN technologies, network design, and supporting diverse network architectures,
·  Experience and understanding of both IT and OT networks and what defines/differentiates them.
·  Ability to translate complex topics into simple and clear explanations.
·  The role will be based out of our Manchester training centre, but courses may be delivered across the UK and therefore a requirement to travel from time to time will be required.

But don't worry - if you're lacking in any of these areas, we are willing to develop and train suitable candidates.

So, if you're ready to take your career to the next level and join a company that values innovation, collaboration, and diversity, then we want to hear from you! Apply today and help us build a better future through digitalization.
