Role Summary/Purpose
To assemble and test subsea trees and all sub-assembly components to a high standard of
quality.
Essential Responsibilities
· To read and understand drawings and engineering part specifications
· To assemble products in accordance with applicable drawings and engineering part
specifications and any specific assembly procedures
· To set up finished assemblies / products and test in accordance with engineering procedures
· To work in a safe and environmentally friendly manner giving due care and diligence to his/her
colleagues and work place
Qualifications/Requirements
· Time served with SVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent)
· Hands-on experience of Subsea Trees test and assembly
· Experience of Subsea Trees and the following areas within:
· Master Valve Block Components
· Unit Assembly
· Plumbing
· Sub Assembly
· Chokes and Spools
· Hangers/URT
· SIT - Systems Integration Testing
· Self-discipline and co-operative manner
· Good safety and EHS awareness
· Ability to work well on own or in a team
