As a Manager, Manufacturing DCA Reagents, you will be responsible for: Driving an aligned organization to maintain a strong manufacturing team with a healthy and effective employee relations climate. Implementing defined policies and guidelines, as well as defining and ensuring implementation of new processes, procedures, methods and/or tools incorporating our Values and Ambition. Managing and developing all the respective workflow processes to ensure all production targets (Quality, Quantity, and Delivery On Time) are achieved. Overseeing assigned technologically demanding and complex processes in an automated production environment, which do need a specialized, experienced and well vocationally trained work force. Ensuring optimum machine utilization across multiple shifts. Planning material needs based on production requirements. This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook). You will be working with our latest technology and therefore you are willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions. You are a confident and effective communicator with strong interpersonal and team management skills, driven to achieve goals and exceed expectations. You understand the demands of a manufacturing environment and its needed support. You are familiar with an inventory management system such as SAP. Required skills to have for the success of this role Preferred Bachelor of Science degree with 3-5 years experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Experience in an ISO and FDA regulated environment preferred. Experience in a represented (unionized) environment is a plus.
