What will you do?

As part of the customer service team, the quotation specialist is responsible for developing all service quotations including spare parts, drives/motors replacements, software upgrades, and services quote. The quotation specialist will also handle a variety of tasks from time to time, such as reporting and forecasting, contract review, and customer consultation.

The preferred candidate should:

·  Be willing to learn and apply knowledge on quoting parts and services with regards to medium voltage variable frequency drives and motors for various applications.
·  Possess the ability to work well with customers, sales representatives, account managers, service technicians to convey the expectations into the quotes.
·  Prepare multiple quotations simultaneously, accurately, and on time.
·  Strive for continuous improvement to surpass the expectations of the customers and of the team.

What will you need to succeed?

·  Ability to multi-task and work within a team environment
·  Excellent oral and written communication skills
·  1 to 3 years of prior experience in the variable speed drive system, motors or industrial electrical systems
·  Excellent understanding of applications involving the use of drive systems
·  Bachelors Degree (Business / Engineering) or diploma in a technical discipline
·  Experience with SAP and highly proficient with Excel
·  Experience working with a manufacturing company
