Responsibilities

1. Commercial management and controlling 

-Responsible for the operational financial analysis of Siemens real estate office portfolio activities under consideration of national and international accounting principles (IFRS and Local GAAP) as well as the Siemens financial reporting guidelines.

-Give guidance to the operational accounting team in terms of booking instructions and necessary operational accounting treatment.  

-Interact with operational location officer team to monitoring project budgeting, cost tracking, billing charge 

-Monitoring the monthly closing activities and associate a transparency reporting 

-Participating in the monthly rolling forecast process, monitor and control the target achievement.

2. SRE stakeholder function 

-Take the SRE related finance responsibility for assigned business partner (location officer)

-Ensure the adherence and implementation of the contracts between SRE with tenants (JV, internal). 

-Support and coordination for approval processes.

Qualification

-BS/BA in business administration, accounting and finance; MNC or similar working experiences preferred

-Sound knowledge of commercial, controlling and international accounting principles needed

-Sound knowledge of SAP/HANA or similar ERP system

-Language ability: Chinese and English

-Good communication and collaboration competence, quick learner for new tools, systems 

-A minimum of 3 years in a Financial Analyst role or similar discipline e.g. accounting, cost accounting, business planning, controlling, benchmarking is requested
