Shared Services are a strategic partner for Siemens supporting our internal customers and colleagues in a professional way that allows them to fully concentrate on their core activities. At our Lisbon Hub nearly 850 employees provide different types of services – Finance, HR, IT, Supply Chain, Customer Care - to more than 60 Siemens entities across Europe, in 20 different languages

To support our operation we are looking for a Junior Accountant Trainee - French Speaker(m/f):

What are my responsibilities?

Execution of administrative AR tasks that involve the employee life cycle, from the global AR product catalogue:

· Clarification of incoming payments;
· Contact Business Unit’s & Customer’s by phone and written;
· Closing activities;
· PCMB’s Controls verifications;
· KPI’s preparation (Reports of information);
· Contribute to continuous improvement processes in order to improve the quality of service provided.

· Fluentin France;
· Strong communication skills;
· Team Player, with strong customer focus, result & quality orientation;
· Result & Deadline orientation;
· Good organization skills;
· Flexibility;
· Learning attitude;
· Ability to work under pressure, on a changing environment;
· Solid MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· SAP System knowledge
