You are responsible for the management of IT services in the context of Customer Services at DI. This is what your new role as IT Service Manager (f/m/d) looks like:
- Ensuring that the IT service is maintained in day-to-day business based on the agreed service levels.
- Delivering the service that best fits business needs in terms of service quality and budget.
- Acting as a trustful IT partner for the customer for all aspects of the IT service and application.
- Identifying new or changed customer requirements, agree SLAs with the application owner and implement them in the IT service.
- Ensuring that the SLAs, OLAs and UCs are monitored and reported and that the service quality is continuously improved.
- Organizing and moderating service review meetings, document the results and care about the implementation of the aligned measures.
- Acting as the escalation authority in the event of disruptions, and overtaking the derivation of optimization measures.
- Selecting and ordering services. Your partners are other service managers, application managers, platform managers and infrastructure suppliers.
- Transferring completed IT components/functions from projects into operation and set up future service structures in terms of content and organization.
What you need to make real, what matters.
- Bachelor degree in computer science or business information systems with a strong IT orientation.
- Bring many years of relevant professional experience in global IT operations as an application manager or service manager are required, preferably in the web environment and with SaaS (Software as a Service) and cloud solutions.
- Involvement in projects within a responsible role aimed at building IT solutions or experience in operating or managing IT services.
- Proficient in validating implementation approaches.
- You are familiar with the various monitoring, reporting and SLA concepts and know how to apply them in a targeted manner; ideally you are ITIL certified.
- We need your experience in agile working and the DevOps approach in previous tasks.
- Experienced with service providers and proficiency in manage and monitoring services.
- You enjoy working in a team, have strong (intercultural) interpersonal skills and can reconcile different interests.
- Highly proficient in English and German.
