About the role:
Analyze, support and monitor the success of IT solutions and systems
Manage and lift the quality in critical digital infrastructure
Collaborate with and be a strong contributor to colleagues in- and outside the IT team
Train, support and solve cases within various IT technical areas
Establish and maintain technical processes and documentation
Working in 2 shifts mode: 7-15 and 13-21, 8 hours per day only during week time (without weekends)
Operating mode: Fully remote/ Hybrid / Office at Wrocław – all options are possible
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of system software and hardware used by groups in the development, release, maintenance and support of commercial software products.
Provides support in at least one environment.
Assists with system administration, monitoring, upgrades, maintenance.
Performs installation, setup, configuration, testing and deployment.
Completes and plans project tasks or leads small technical projects; analyzes product issues.
Assists in the evaluation of new technologies.
Works with general supervision on complex projects with latitude for discretion and independent
Qualifications:
Good experience with LinuxUnix systems
Experience with TCP/IP protocols
Knowledge of scripts languages and cloud services are in plus
English in at least B2 level, both speaking and writing
