What are my responsibilities?

· coordinates the implementation process of new means of manufacturing, the changes and optimizations within the existing processes and flow production;
· develops and implements the cost reduction projects, updates production layout area, participates in FMEA and continuous improvement teams;
· coordinates the installing and putting into operation processes for the new equipments and machines;
· participates or coordinates product and technology transfer projects; concern for continuous improvement of production processes and production flow, implementation of rationalizations;
· ensures the implementation of specific procedures of Integrated Quality Management System in his/hers area of responsibility;
· implements action plans resulting from audits, assessment of suggestions for improvement;
· participates in the calculation and definition of the production norms: realization and analysis of time studies, participates in making suggestions for improvement as result of normalizations.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

· University degree in technical field: Machines Construction Technology
· Capacity to work both independently and in teams;
· Organized, compelling and responsible person;
· Language knowledge: English and /or German – medium level;
· Good knowledge of MS Office, Technical drawing, CAD
