Siemens Digital Grid is based in Nottingham and is the leading global supplier of solutions for the intelligent transmission and distribution of energy.At the core of our digital services is Managed Services which leads the way through the provision of value add services including; smart metering to communications and billing, through data management & analytics, and software-led energy management solutions. Our customers range from residential, commercial & industrial through to any type of generation and production utility; covering electricity, gas, water and heat.

The candidate

· You have 3 A Levels (or BTEC equivalent) in either Maths, a science or engineering.
· You are a naturally curious person and you want to expand your skill set across digitalised fields
· You can work independently, safely and responsibly; and you’re looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change
· You always have an eye on tomorrow, with us, you’ll be laying the groundwork for exciting innovations influencing the future of energy management.
· You enjoy working with highly skilled colleagues from around the world
· You enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions to diverse
· An interest in data analytics and/or gaming is desirable

The challenge

· Help lead digitilisation in key IT disciplines including Business/Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, Development, Testing, Project Management and Information Services.
· Focus on areas that shape the future of IT
