The Challenge

Begin your graduate journey with us whilst taking part in our fantastic graduate development programme. We will build an individual training plan to help you to develop the specific skills and knowledge required for your role. By the end of it you will be set up with the best knowledge to equip you for your professional career within Siemens.

·  Convert customer requirements into work for development team
·  Creation of technical documentation (Handbook & Technical Description) for allocated products
·  Monitoring and fulfilment of all certifications requirements
·  Monitor obsolescence issues.
·  Effectively balance your time across several products
·  Support the bid team with the preparation of required statement of compliance.
·  Support investigations into software and hardware issues
·  Support first customer implementation of product (i.e. Factory Acceptance and Site Acceptance)
·  Project management and budget planning

Here's what it takes to join some of the world's brightest minds.

·  Have graduated or working towards a relevant software, electrical or electronics engineering Master's degree.
·  ‘Hands on' technical experience gained during industrial placements / degree projects.
·  Exposure to any of the following will be beneficial: Software or Hardware design; IoT; UML/ C++; and a minimum knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
·  You have good interpersonal skills, being a good communicator having the ability to present to partners and build customer relationships.
