This position is dedicated for the new established company Siemens Mobility
At the Siemens Shared Services Center, we provide accounting services for our foreign branch in Hungary, with whom we are in daily contact. We work with accepted and issued invoices, manage data of suppliers and customers, execute payment runs and charge bank statements, activate assets, process financial statements in our systems.
What are you going to do:
· accounting in SAP ledger accounts
· charge reserves and agreed items
· charge advance invoices and time delays
· assign Received Payments to Issued Invoices
· carry out other activities related to the accounting
· communicate with customers by email or by phone on a daily basis
· participate in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
What do we expect from you?
· user knowledge of MS Office
· communicative knowledge of Hungarian and English
· interest in work in administration and accounting
