Come be a part of the Engineering Leadership Development Internship Program, where you can intern helping to build and implement new products, technologies, and applications!

The Siemens US Summer Intern Program is built to produce a pipeline of talent to develop and lead into our entry-level programs. As an Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP) Intern, you’ll get hands on experience in a company with over 50,000 employees in the US. At the end of your internship, your performance will be evaluated to be considered for the ELDP Program and other Entry-Level Opportunities within our organization.

Engineering Leadership Development Program

This is a 12-week summer internship program that offers hands-on experience in a real-world working environment. Allowing the chance to apply the knowledge you've gained in the classroom setting to help problem solve!

Providing you with the exposure, network, and practical experience you will need to help discover your own personal version of success and identify your career path upon graduating.

Specific intern work assignments will involve a wide range of functions, including product design, feasibility analysis, quality assurance, manufacturing, project management, service, product management, applications engineering.

Career Track: Upon successful completion of the internship program, you may have the opportunity to interview for the fulltime program to become one of the Design Engineer, Application Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Commissioning Engineer, Sales Engineer, Product Marketing Specialist, Product Engineer, Software Developer (SI), R&D Engineer.

The program starts in May.

Requirements

·  Major: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science
·  Minimum GPA: 3.0
·  Ability to work 40 hours per week from May to August
·  Organized, self-motivated, effective communication skills, problem-solver
·  High attention to detail and dedicated to quality and excellence
·  Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite
·  Work Authorization: Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
