Job Description:

Siemens Government Technologies (SGT) is a dynamic and rapidly expanding organization. SGT is seeking an Energy RMF/Cyber Security Engineer to join its team working supporting the sales, development, and execution of supply and demand side energy resiliency upgrades for our Federal government clients .

Job Summary

As an Energy RFM/Cyber Security Engineer you will support the scope development and execution of supply side and demand side energy systems following the Risk Management Framework Process (RMF) necessary to achieving Authorization to Operate (ATO) such systems.

Responsibilities

· 
Support project execution in providing resolution to ATO, Risk Management Framework Process.

· 
Review, update, or the creation of RMF / Cyber documents needed to support the closure of findings, execution of associated actions and coordination for submission to the government for review and approval.

· 
Provide sales support in scope developing and pricing of RMF cyber security solutions to government RFP responses.

· 
Make presentations of RMF solutions to Government customers

· 
Complete 30% concept designs design review for ICS infrastructure, low and medium voltage power systems and protection schemes, including applications for cybersecurity of controls systems.

· 
Prepare andcreate concept designsand specifications for the equipment necessary for resiliency improvements.

· 
Perform site audits to assess operating networks and potential cyber vulnerability.

· 
Define detailed line-item cyber upgrade budget estimate for proposed potential recommendations, which will include subcontractor bid pricing for each discipline, firm equipment costs, engineering costs, project and construction management costs and contingencies.

· 
Define project scope and design deliverables that support project goals in collaboration with the Government client and all stakeholders.

· 
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing technical support; analyze risk and managing and resolving customer issues.

Qualifications

· 
Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical or Computer Science Engineering, Technology or other related field.

· 
5 years of experience with providing information assurance, engineering, or operational support to the DoD, including supporting information operations, Cyber operations, system administration, and systems security and 3 year years of experience with RMF

· 
Experience with evaluating the Cyber compliance of a system against current RMF and DoD Cybersecurity policies

· 
Knowledge of applicable regulations, including DoD 8500.02, DoD 8510, NIST SP 800-37, NIST SP 800-53 or 53A, NIST SP 800-30, or CNSSI 1253

· 
Experience generating mitigation statements for vulnerabilities and responses to Cyber Security instructions/operation orders.

· 
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and excellent customer service skills.

· 
Ability to meet and communicate effectively with management and technical staff.

· 
Construction experience with the ability to meet project deadlines. Construction in the ESCO and Design Build/EPC arena is highly preferred

· 
Excellent Project Management skills (e.g., understanding schedules, meeting and exceeding customer deadlines, ability to take a leadership role when necessary, etc.)

· 
Ability to be proactive and take the initiative when necessary

· 
Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written)

· 
Excellent attention to detail skills and inherent understanding and knowledge of concepts related to this field.

· 
Ability and willingness to travel, both domestic and international, at a minimum of 30% annually.

Security Clearance:
Candidate must be US citizen and have the ability to obtain a US federal agency security clearance if later required.
