We are recruitingfor a Site Administratorto join theSGRE team for our Mostyn Operations, where you will support both the onsite teams for Gwynt Y Mor and Rhyl Flats offshore windfarms. What are my responsibilities?

This role will be responsible for general site administration, ordering stationary and consumables for office and receiving deliveries. You will be the main desk telephone and primary site external contact. You will undertake ordering of PPE for field technicians, manage onsite PPE inspections, maintain relevant tracking database and manage contractor certification. Some of your other tasks will be to:

· Provide financial/Procurement support for service managers.
· Administration of Krima for internal customer
· Conduct site inductions
· Support EHS department reports
· Internal meetings – note taking

What do I need to qualify for this job?

To qualify for this role it is essential to have substantial administrative experience and previous work experience in a technical environment. It would be desirable for the job holder to have experience of using SAP or similar. You will be competent with all Microsoft packages and be accurate and efficient when inputting data. You must be able to meet regular deadlines and have the ability to work under pressure.

The right candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills and ability to work well with people. You will be a highly organised individual who is able to provide an excellent level of service
