Job description

This is a full timeposition for a Document Controller to be based out of the Derby office. The Document Controller is required to process all Source Records For the Derby Officeand work within the Signalling team.

What are my responsibilities?

· Provide audit trail for Project and Product documentation
· Work with planning team to determine document requirements
· Work with customer delivery team to progress document submissions
· Work with site team to determine document requirements
· Control and issue of review documentation
· Provide management information on the status of project documentation
· Update electronic document control records
· Act as team point of contact on Rail side
· Complete and return Customer Document transmittals
· Create, issue and progress Document transmittals to customer and between project teams
· Managing Bentley software packages, issuing documentation
· Act as team point of contact on Business Collaborator & Projectwise

What do I need to qualify for this job?

· Able to maintain document change control and quality control procedures
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Access
· Competent in the use of Office suite, in particular Excel.
· Methodical and self-motivated
