Siemens Healthineers is looking for a talentedand motivated individual to serve as a DataEngineer within our IT Digital Customer Experience Marketing and SalesMaster data team. The right candidate will work with the industry’s latest CRM,ERP and database technologies in support of a highly focused and entrepreneurialdepartment leading change, driving growth and supporting key business services.The individual will contribute to the overall objectives of the department andwill be a hands-on technical resource to a variety of cross-functional teamsand global project initiatives. Thecandidate should have a solid background in key technologies with a focus ondata management, data integration, system design and implementation. Theideal candidate will be inspired by technology and its use in an ever changing,fast paced environment.

This position will strongly collaborate withthe existing Data Cloud team as well as support sustainability and scalabilityof existing potential practices in the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, implement and document dataingestion all ETL processes.
• Construct ascalable data architecture utilizing both existing and new data sources.
• Maintaindatabase performance by creating automated components to monitor server health,logs, backups and recovery.
• Help architectan agnostic semantic data layer which will drive key business initiatives.
• Perform data profiling to understand datadomains, validation rules, data dependencies and lineage.
• Participate in code and design reviews.
• Data Vault 2

Required Qualifications:

·      Well-versedin relational database design.

·      Exceptionalknowledge of T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server (2012 and up).

·      Proficiencyin database management and administration.

·      Experiencewith processing and managing large data sets (multi TB scale).

·      Preferredexperience or knowledge of Data Vault 2.

·      BS/MSdegree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math or relatedfield.

·      Youare located in Poland

·      Youare open to occasional business travels

·      Yourbusiness-fluent English enables you to collaborate and communicate withcolleagues in an international environment

Desired Qualifications :

• Experience with Microsoft SQL ServerIntegration Services (SSIS) or similar ETL tools.
• Experience incorporating cloud technologies(Azure, AWS).
• Experience with EDW practices such as slowlychanging dimensions and agnostic layers.
• Experience with Python or other scriptinglanguages.
• Experience with data viz platforms such as PowerBIand QlikSense.
• Experience in Big Data/NoSQL environments.
