Job description

The Customer Support Administrator will provide Administrative support to Service Management together with their teams and the Departments customers.

The Customer Support Administrator will be able toprovide administrative service to Departmental Staff in an environment of rapidly changing priorities, to be flexible and be able to manage a variety of tasks and be able to adjust to varying workloads

What are my responsibilities?

The key responsibility of this role is co-ordination of staff technical training bookings supporting approx 200 staff in this activity.Duties includetimely bookingof courses, monthly reporting, andacting as go-to contact for adhoc queries on course availability.

Shared team duties :

· Provide administrative support to department managers and departmental staff
· Making travel and accommodation arrangements for department Service Managers and departmental staff
· The raising of purchase orders according to specific instructions relating to service and repair work for customers and items for departmental staff.
· Administering invoices for payment relating to departmental purchases.
· Administering the billing of paying customers and/or cross charging as appropriate, and the chasing of such payments due.
· Administration of databases holding sensitive and business critical data using numerous electronic repositories.
· Arrangement of regular Team Forums, 1:1 Annual review meetingsand adhoc meetings as required.
· Adhoc report production to support management business monitoring
· Administration of branded clothing to customer facing staff, including stock control, purchasing and distribution
· To assist other administrative team members as circumstances require.

What do I need to qualify for the role?

· Core/intermediate MS software skills
· SAP knowledge desirable
· Team player
· Organised
· Skilled at multi tasking
· Good communication skills (phone, written, verbal)
· Customer focused
· Experience of a busy office environment is desirable
