This is your role. What part will you play?
- Handling of incoming Service Requests by ticketing tool (SIOS) or E-Mail
- Request all needed data to assess the request
- First analyze of issue based on provided data (e.g., check log files)
- Try to reproduce issue based on given scenario, if applicable
- Provide findings to development team in case of product issue
- Monitor status of service request - escalate according to process
- Interface to customer (external) and development team (internal)
- Document support hours and request approval.
Use your skills to move the world forward.
- Completed technical education (university, technical college) in the field of information science, software engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology or an equivalent education / qualification
- Experience as an engineer / technologist in an industry-oriented environment
- You have experience in working with frontend programming languages (preferably React, HTML, CSS & JavaScript / TypeScript)
- Professional communication skills to external customer and internal team members
- Ability to work in a team and interest in working in innovative projects
- English spoken and written as well as a second foreign language (preferably German)
- You are prepared to travel: Occasionally, including international travel (mostly Europe).
