Job Description
What are my responsibilities?
· Responsible for call handling
· Cooperated with Customer Services Engineer (CSE), Technical Support Engineer (TSE) and Logistic for supporting customer
· Prepare any related documents to support the requirement from customer
· Spare Parts Process & stock movement belonging to Customer Services (CS)
· Monitoring the products update modification
· Cooperated with ASEAN and Headquarter service support center
· Install base management
· Prepare Headquarter and local report
What do I need to qualify for the job?
· Bachelor Degree in any discipline
· Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
· Communication capability (Thai and English) both written and verbal
