Customer Service Sales Associate – Inside Sales – Siemens PLM – Greater Cincinnati Area
We are searching for a Customer Service Sales Associate whose main purpose is to free up the Orchestrators/Field Sales Representatives by selling add-on software, doing customer research, providing excellent customer service, creating quotes, re-orders, resolving product or license issues and managing no revenue generating transactions. You will work with the field sales team and customers to provide the highest level of customer service in a fast paced environment while supporting the Inside Sales Customer Support Center (CSC) Team.

· Must currently reside in the greater in Greater Cincinnati Area.
· Associate Degree or higher
· Must have experience and an understanding of corporate contracts as they pertain to sales and services.
·2 to 5 years inside sales related experience in a corporate environment.
·2 + years successful work history within customer service.
·Experience and understanding of product costing and discounting.
·Experience with MS Word and writing formulas in Excel.
·Strong inter-personal skills, which includes excellent communications/presentation skills – verbal and written.
·Strong work ethic and a self-motivator.
·Detail oriented effective at multi-tasking, team player, flexible, and well organized.
