We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as the first point of contact for our customers via various communication methods. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inbound calls, and ensuring they are transferred to the correct areas. Additionally, you will be identifying areas of improvement, creating cases for incoming calls and emails into in-house systems, and performing general housekeeping of customer data.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be actively promoting our digital tools and resolving first-tier cases. You will also be responsible for proactive case management, ensuring that customer service is met and increases our Net Promoter Score. Furthermore, you will be promoting self-service tools to enhance the customer experience and handling customer cases in a varied business.
To be successful in this role, you must be a great teammate and confident in managing your own workload. You must also possess strong organisational skills, excellent customer service skills (both written and verbal), and have good attention to detail. Experience in SAP and case management is advantageous, and previous experience in a similar role is beneficial.
This role is based at our UK Head Quarters in West Didsbury , Manchester with our delicious on-site 'Bee-hive' canteen, free parking and close proximity to tram links!
