Job description
Main Purpose
To work within the Digital Grid systems business to provide innovative solutions for SCADA systems, control systems and automation systems applied on the UK transmission and distribution network.
Scope of Job
Technical Support on the projects;
· Understand customer technical specifications on allocated projects
· Assist with the Production/Checking of functional design specification and design intent documents
· Assist with the development and configuration of engineering control solutions
· Assist with test documentation
· Assist with preFAT and FAT activities
· Provide SAT support when required
· Adhere to all business compliance requirements in line with Company policies, including Business Conduct Guidelines & Confidential Information.
· Promote Siemens Zero harm Safety Initiative and culture.
· Recognise and Reward achievements and good practice.
Qualifications
· 5 GCSE A*-C including Maths and English
· Minimum HNC in Electrical Engineering
· Preferable HND in Electrical Engineering
