Aboutthe job


Theworld is digital first and creating engaging online experiences and sharinghigh-quality content are critical for connecting with and converting today'sB2B buyers. As the Content + Program Marketer, you will assist with theplanning, development, management, and execution of our marketing content andcollateral as a critical subset of our internal creative agency and inboundengine. You will partner with internal stakeholders to deliver content andcreative projects in a timely manner while driving engagement with our targetaudiences and promoting awareness of Brightly as a leadingsoftware-as-a-service (SaaS) provider.



Whatyou’ll be doing


  • Drive theexecution of global content marketing to deliver valuable, relevant andconsistent content across multiple channels, audiences and the client journey.
  • Manage ourcontent marketing efforts end to end, overseeing the editorial calendar andcontent development process to support brand, reputation, client, portfolio andnurture marketing efforts plus other demand gen + sales programs.
  • Organize,maintain and socialize a searchable internal content library available toentire Brightly organization.
  • Streamlineinbound content and creative requests to ensure projects are completed anddelivered promptly.
  • Collaborate withmarketing stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify topics, supportcompelling copy and content development, and work with designers to translateinto a variety of appropriate digital and visual formats (whitepapers,infographics, videos, blogs, etc.) that reinforce our expertise and can be usedacross owned, earned, paid and shared channels.
  • Manage theongoing blog strategy and collaborate with stakeholders and channel owners (PR,social) to improve organic search efforts with backlinking andcross-pollination.
  • Serve as theinternal publisher, expert and manager of our website resource library andcontent hubs ensuring content is current, searchable and accessible.
  • Foster harmoniousrelations with internal marketing and Brightly partners.
  • Collaborate withSenior Manager – Content + Creative Strategy on go-to-market strategy, SMEcontent writing and quarterly/yearly team goals and monthly/quarterly metricsreporting.



Whatyou need

MinimumRequirements:


  • Bachelor’s degreerequired.
  • 2-5 years ofexperience in marketing, with experience in omni-channel content writing,thought leadership and content strategy. 
  • The ideal candidate will haveexperience of working for B2B SaaS companies.
  • Excellent peopleskills with the ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams.
  • Working knowledgeof Asana preferred and ability to implement best practices.
  • A bias towardsaction and sense of ownership.
  • Outstandingattention to detail and high personal quality expectations.
  • Excellentorganizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple, potentiallycompeting, priorities and tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility toadjust to and meet ongoing or changing business needs.

The pay range for this position is $59,400 - $101,900. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
