What are my responsibilities?
· Providing financial and administrative support to Business Controllers and the Site Execution department
· Ensure compliance with financial guidelines
· Support in the preparation of financial budget and forecast for SE
· Support in Cost controlling
· Of all services bought from third parties (subcontractors, travel, hotels and transportation)
· Secure full transparency for services and deliverables provided by the department
· Timely and correct invoicing / cost transfer for services and deliverables provided by the department.
· Reconciliation of third party invoices against work orders and supporting analysis on work hours.
· Overall responsible for Purchase Order Requisitions (PORs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
· Cost Centre and management reporting
· Assistance in period end closing
· Support in various efficiency improvement projects within SE
· Various ad hoc tasks and analyses
What do I need to qualify for this job?
· Good IT skills including EXCEL, WORD will be essential
· Attention to details with good numerical skill
· Fluent English both written and oral
· Good interpersonal skills
· Experience of working in a large organization will be an advantage
· Desire to study towards CIMA / ACCA qualification
· Experience of using SAP will be an advantage
· Previous experience from accounting, reporting and controlling tasks in complex environment will be an advantage
Siemens recently announced that it plans to merge its current Wind Power and Wind Service organisation with Spanish wind turbine manufacturer Gamesa; this merger is currently underway and will result in a brand new organisation. It will be the single largest Wind Turbine organisation in the world and will be dominant across all global markets. Consequently, we anticipate that the role offered will transfer in accordance with TUPE to a new company that shall be part of this merger, currently targeted for 1st December 2016.
