Offer and Order Execution Manager

Mission of Function:

1. Responsible for Commercial general management (Weight: 70%)

- Leading and supporting team members for all commercial topics from Offer phase to Order/Contract execution

- Controlling and steering projects generally in respect to costs, profit and timeline.

-Monitoring collection of payment from customer.

2. Responsible for Production and Material Planning of factory (including Inventory) (Weight: 30%)

- Material Requisition for production, Material Planning (safety stock, inventory strategy)

- Production scheduling to meet delivery time, Production capacity analysis and control

Areas of Responsibilities/Tasks:

Commercial general management:

- Leading & supporting team member for commercial topic during offer & order execution

- Preparation of the commercial and legal contract conditions with customers based on relevant laws, standard terms and conditions set by company; participation in negotiations for commercial related issues to secure for company position

- Supervise the processing of orders: input and complete orders in the SAP-system (Spiridon) including part-list, sale order, tracking production status, invoice, delivery documentation, etc.

- Controlling and steering the project generally in respect to costs, profit and timeline.

- Supervise the collection of payment from customer.

- Controlling & supervise the billing of Commissions & SLA from partner

- Set up and maintain appropriate claim and change order request management (internal and external)

Production & Material Planning:

- Together with Procurement to prepare all materials that must be ready for production before due date

- Coordinate with Procurement to improve material leadtime, consigment stock

- Support Procurement in evaluate the suppliers and contract negotiation with commercial knowledge

- Cooperate with Controlling BU to make sure the setting of material master data, material planing, safety stock, etc must be correct to have proper planning

- Cooperate with Production team to schedule production capacity

Reporting:

Monthly/ quaterly reporting to Technical Head of OOE & Factory Head on status of offer, contract implementation, financial figures, material stock....; anymatters which may negative impact the EBIT and customer relation during offer or contract implementation

Experience:

Professional:

Business administration experience.

Experience in electric or energy business

Project / Process:

2 years experience with offering/ ordering/ material planning process

Leadership:

At least 1 year experience as Leader in team with more than 3 members

Other requirements:

• University degree in business administration or foreign trade or economic

• Strong experience in commercial project management, negotiation skills, logistic and processes

• English & Vietnamese fluently

• MS Office
