Job Description

Experienced professional in Procurement and focused mainly in (Healthcare) Direct Materials, Market research, Contract Management, Productivity -savings (hard skills: Vendor management, Supply Chain processes, negotiation with Vendors, Procurement Policies and Controls)
1.The Procurement professional will be responsible of the Business Specific purchasing and strategy in Siemens Healthineers Mexico. Must create the Procurement strategy for the all commodities related with 3rd party items around the business.
Required English Level - Upper Intermediate
2.Selection, evaluation and vendor management.
3.Management and implementation of Vendor Contracts.
4.Create and implement procedures related with Procurement Business Specific within Healthineers.
5.Management and risk analysis related with Procurement and SCM
6.Deliver a minimum results of savings. Working based on targets within Siemens Healthineers. KPIs
7.Establish, measure and follow up the compliance with Procurement controls.
8.Approving POs in SAP
9.Desirable - knowledge and experience in Health Purchasing
10.Desirable - knowledge and experience in Cost engineering
11.Desirable - had implemented improving programs
12.Desirable - knowledge on ISO 13485:2003 Medical Devices
