Your mission and responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a team of finance professionals. Inspire, communicate& lead to attract and retain talent. Provide leadership, cross-training, and coaching to develop team members
• Ensure transparency of Zone-financials
• Identify trends, warning signals, through the establishment of critical KPI's and dashboards; develop conclusions on results and trends to assist on decision making
• Active controlling of figures and addressing of risks to the management
• Responsible for providing financial oversight, leadership and support in all areas of management reporting, financial planning and analysis for the Siemens Healthineers
• Working closely with the Business Areas as a service and expertise provider for standard and specific topics
• Process ownership for various internal, Headquarter- and Accounting-related processes (forecasting, budgeting, closing activities, reporting, internal control-system …)
• Continuous improvement of the controlling efficiency and effectiveness through harmonized controlling processes and methodologies
• Ad-hoc analyses
• Oversee forecasting process, review and coordinate forecasts from all business lines, and act as central point of collaboration consolidating zone's monthly forecast and roll-up to headquarter Performance Controlling
• Foster best practices in financial reporting, controlling and analysis across Healthineers LAM finance teams
• Support various corporate
