Job description

Siemens Digital Industries is seeking someone to work as Business Operations Support for our Customer Business Centre in Manchester (with home working as well). Working in Business Operations Support, you will play a vital role in ensuring the correct placement of customer orders and enhancing the overall customer experience through digital platforms.

Your responsibilities will include liaising with customers to ensure correct placement of orders and identifying order issues using our Siemens internal dashboards. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting sales queues to identify self-serve opportunities and respond to queries. You will also work with customers to improve our Digital Fit Rate and enhance the overall customer experience through digital platforms.

We are looking for a great teammate who can work confidently on their own and manage their workload effectively. Strong organisational skills are a must, as is the ability to thrive in a very busy and varied environment. You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and good attention to detail. We also want someone who is able to come up with ideas to enhance our digital business offerings for the future.

Experience in a similar role would be beneficial, and SAP experience and case management experience would be advantageous.

This role is based at our UK Head Quarters in West Didsbury , Manchester with our delicious on-site 'Bee-hive' canteen, free parking and close proximity to tram links!
