We have an exciting opportunity available for a motivated Logistics Intern to join our team based in Bayswater, Victoria. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, this role requires you to provide administrative logistics support and customer service internally and externally.

Your key responsibilities include:

· Order processing and delivery creation
· Customer enquiries (email and phone) for product availability, back orders, order changes and delivery tracking
· Liaising with warehouses, freight forwarders, Account Managers, marketing and external customers
· Providing support for backorder reporting
· Providing support to special logistics projects as required

The successful applicant will be currently studying or have recently completed Logistics / Supply Chain / Business qualifications, with previous work experience in this field advantageous but not essential. You have sound problem solving capabilities, and strong communication skills to collaborate with internal and external customersacross the business. Your ability to learn as you go and build sound working relationships will ensure your success in this role.

This position is a 12 month fixed term, full time role, available immediately.
