Job Description:

BC2 Description – Scale Up Facility
The successful candidate will assist in the scale-up formulation, transfer of processes and products from R&D environment to the manufacturing facility, and complete documentation of all processes involved in manufacturing of immunoassay reagents for automated instruments. The successful candidate will evaluate and resolve formulation and process challenges. Practical knowledge of GMP work requirements, documentation practices and quality record is necessary. Proficiency in Excel and Word is required. Training and experience of working in SAP environment is desired.

Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly technical information both verbally and in writing is essential.

This position involves handling large quantities of potentially biohazardous serum and plasma from human and animal sources.

The candidate should have a good grasp of knowledge and principles of immunoassays and development process. This person will need to qualify raw material and intermediates on Centaur; should be willing to learn operation and maintenance of several reagents preparation and filling instruments/systems used in SUF labs.

Additional responsibilities will include generating and maintaining quality records, drafting summary reports and documenting lab events. Good cross-functional skills and attention to details are all essential elements for this position
