Job Description

What are my job responsibilities?
·  Responsible for tender preparation and develop value added proposals
·  Responsible to deliver project quotation including scope development, specification compliance, cost estimating, risk management in timely manner
·  Review technical requirement and product capability and participate in contract negotiation with customer
·  Working closely with Sales team and commercial team
·  Responsible for ongoing proposal process simplification efforts and tool development to drive productivity gains
·  Support operating metrics, centered on offerings and individual productivity, to promote proposal throughput, yield, cost, and efficiency.
How can I qualify for the role?

·  A sound Degree in Engineering
·  At least 5 years experience in proposal / bid preparation role
·  Sound knowledge with building technologies offering such as Building Automation System (BAS), Fire Alarm, and Security System

·  Knowledge of electrical and mechanical infrastructure

·  Strong oral and written communications skills

·  Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
·  Good Understanding of pricing structures

·  Proficiency with Microsoft applications
