Job Description

Mission/

Position Headline:

Execute Real Estate Asset & Property Management related activities for Multiple REUs within the assigned region .

Areas of Responsibility:

·  Acts as expert and interface to internal partners regarding Asset Management and Property Management topics'
·  Perform & Execute
·  Lease in / out
·  Building Operations & Maintenance,
·  : Technical Services (i.e. mechanical and electrical maintenance), consists of the operational day-to-day running of office and industrial sites, maintenance of building space and technical infrastructure
·  Soft Services (e.g. cleaning, mail, security, landscaping as well as other personnel-related services), is the operational service delivery for our real estate customer
·  real estate costs for Multiple locations in his region.
·  Supports and monitors implementation of continuous improvement.
·  Monitors & Control real estate cost development.
·  Suggest cost saving measures
·  Define maintenance strategy for All Real Estate Unit (REUs) in the region and drive to obtain ZERO loss of the business productivity.
·  Drive upkeep of the premises-Soft & Technical Maintenance
·  Responsible for the Vendor Management, Internal Stakeholder Management and team management.
·  Track and allocate space to the business divisions in coordination with SHS RE DC IND head and User's management.
·  Prepare and take responsibilities of Budget and Forecast for the Multiple REUs for OPEX, CAPEX including basic/project maintenance.
·  Suggest and implement measure for cost savings. Cost optimization and productivity of RE costs for multiple RUEs in the region
·  Execute re-layouts required as per the business requirements,
·  Maintain EHS Compliance all the time with Zero Harm Culture.
·  Disaster Recovery Management for the location, Event Management
·  Planning of RE budget demand according to Maintenance Guideline
·  Maintenance
·  Basic Maintenance
·  Project Maintenance (major projects > 250 k € in detail)
·  Align and coordinate RE maintenance with divisional business strategy
·  Lead Facility management team
·  Ensure statutory and EHS Compliance for all REUs in the region

Location Management and Assets of office premises/ development centers/ factories/training centers etc.

Dimension of Function/Volume:

Reginal Responsibility – Multiple Real Estate Units in 1-2 regions.
