We are currently looking to recruit for an Account Development Representatives to join our team in Solihull - Help our customers transform their business with our world-leading technology!

This is a new sales support function reporting into the zone portfolio development team. This group is to aid the sales team in driving new customers and new customers in existing accounts through upfront research and appointment setting. The position adds efficiency in the upfront sales process through an outstanding skill set to prospect and champion new opportunities.

You will work directly with selling teams, in an assigned region, to identify, penetrate, and nurture new business opportunities. Execution of new business strategies will include research, cold calling, and advanced qualification.

What will my role involve?

·  Prepare and setup for outbound daily calls
·  Conduct initial phone qualification and research on assigned suspect accounts to gather intelligence
·  Build prospect interest in the products and services through web, social media, e‐mail and phone interaction
·  Enrich and profile our databases to identify new interest
·  Follow‐up all suspect account activities to develop qualified opportunities.

Are you highly proficient in communication and coordination? As this position requires you to be able to get along with a large variety of people: sales and marketing teams, customers, prospects and specialists from various industrial sectors and at different levels of responsibility including the executive level.
