This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Sales Education Professional, you will be responsible for:

·  Developing, implementing, and managing key Education programs for maximum impact
·  Acting in a capacity as topical expert for selected activities within the Global sales education responsibilities, including the new Digital Learning Framework
·  Supporting and collaborating with the team on projects
·  Actively engaging with the global community in business lines and zones, representing the team and assuming topical ownership to drive for successful resolution.

·  Instructional design – how to plan and create educational from idea to implementation
·  Learning technology, i.e. Learning Management systems, Learning Experience platforms, Instructional design tools, Virtual education platforms
·  Effective and impactful use of Microsoft platforms like Sharepoint, Office, Teams, etc…
·  Competency management
·  Project management
Required skills to have for the success of this role

·  You hold a university degree in the field of Business Administration or Management or can demonstrate successful experience
·  Your track record includes relevant experience and proven success in a “Learning as a Business” context. Experience from sales operations, CRM and project management is a strong plus
·  Experience in Sales / Sales support functions is a plus
·  Experience in instructional training design and / or delivery
