Our business applications are similar to CRM applications applied to the relationship of a clinical team with program members. Including proprietary developments as well as third parties components, they combine the functions of file management, multi-channel campaigns management (phone, email, text messaging, postmail), web sites and mobile applications for different types of end and intermediate users, reporting and analysis.
We are in need of a Portfolio Manager Assistant for our French subsidiary, based in Neuilly-sur-Seine and Montreuil sur seine. This person will participate to our efforts to adapt our solution to the needs of our local businesses, deploy it and conduct IT operations on all production and non-production environments in compliance with our security commitments and Service Level Agreements. Under the responsibility of the project Directors, this person will lead and direct the work of Sharecare colleagues and contractors as well as coordinate with Sharecare International Global Support project managers in order to jointly deliver in quality, cost and time.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and autonomy is expected, as well as some knowledge of project organization and coordination on fix-price IT contracts.

Seeked profile

Qualifications:
• Master degree level, preferable in a technical discipline which relates to application development and management.
• Leadership and organizational skills, ability to lead and manage technical resources in the Software Implementation and IT Operations areas
• Ability to define and enforce solid industry standard software integration and operations standards.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable in an evolving environment.
• Motivate and inspire team members.
• Facilitate problem-solving and collaboration.
• Encourage creativity, risk-taking and constant improvement.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in both French and English.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• The ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, managers, and subject matter experts in French and English
• Ability to lead technical resources in the Software Development and Software Quality Assurance areas.
• Strong practice of Excel/Office, knowledge of Jira and Agile method.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepares and regularly updates system implementation and operations budgets, schedules and workload plans for all the ongoing projects.
• Responsible for coordinating projects and tracking progress according to the Project Manager instructions.
• Monitors implementation and operations processes and prepares reports on projects and production and recommendations for process improvements.
• Contributes to root cause analysis as part of the continuous improvement process.
• Follows implementation and operations processes, procedures, standards and guidelines.
• Provides guidance to the team based on management direction.
• Be self-motivated. Influence the morale of multiple teams and motivate others.
• Advise project managers and directors regarding team members’ and contractors’ work efforts and progress.
Duration: 6 to 12 months. Possibility to turn into a full-time job.
