Seureca is the Veolia Consulting Engineers unit, providing expert solutions for utilities, public organizations, and industries to efficiently manage their water, waste, and energy services.
We provide support in master plan and feasibility studies, design and project management, and technical assistance to operations.
Contributing directly to customers’ sustainability performance in the public and private sectors, Seureca allows clients to develop while also protecting the environment.

Having to close two big projects and to staff new projects, Seureca Saudi is looking to consolidate its local team with the recruitment of one junior engineer (Pangeo).
Context:
The projects managed by Seureca Saudi are various. They relate mainly to water and waste, with some of them in energy. The type of projects varies from studies and project management to design and work supervision or to technical and operational assistance.
The Pangeo will support the area manager and the project managers in their various projects and technical assistance missions to Veolia and external clients.
This is a unique opportunity to work in an international context in a small team but well integrated in a big group (the advantages of both).
Main responsibilities :
Participation in the preparation of Expression of Interest
Participation in the preparation of technical and financial proposal
Participation in the data collection, data analysis, database management and creation of processes to simplify the work
Involvement in the project management by taking charge of the organizational and logistic aspects under the direction of the project manager
Contributing to studies/work to be performed and working closely with the experts
Assistance to the country manager to manage all technical issues, preparation and review of reports
Profile required:
Educational background: 5 years of higher education (BAC+5) /general engineer
Previous experience: 2 years, ideally in Consulting Engineering Services in the Water Sector
Skills: Knowledge in water treatment, environment, GIS and Hydraulic Modelling, Autonomous, self-motivated, responsive, and organized. Good people skills. Adaptability and ability to synthesize.
Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic (speaking, writing, reading). French will be a plus.
